6 Healthy Drinks For Soda Substitute

Soft drinks have become the public's favorite drinks, especially when the weather is not panas. Soft drink not good for health, but can damage the teeth because of the high sugar content soft drinks also increase the risk of osteoporosis.


Here are some healthy drinks that can be an alternative choice than soda:
1. Chilled fresh fruit
Some fresh juicy fruits mixed with ice in summer would be refreshing from head to toe. The fruit is not only rich in vitamins and minerals but also contain natural sugars which provide energy quickly and antioxidants to combat stress.

2. Vegetable juices and broths
Mixed with some vegetable broth can be healthy for the body. Vegetables are not only rich in fiber but also contains several vitamins and minerals, while the broth is known to contain other important nutrients.

3. Green tea
Today green tea is more varied, if taken cold it will provide freshness as well as sodas. This tea not only has relatively fewer calories, but also other health benefits such as heart disease, obesity, hypertension, stress and antioxidants. To be tasted better add a little honey.

4. White Water
Water not only makes a person stay hydrated, but it helps flush toxins from the body, keeping the pH in the blood and electrolyte balance in the body. In order to feel more refreshed there's nothing wrong occasionally consume water that added an ice cube

5. Low-fat milk / soy milk
These drinks contain calcium is good for your bones and prevent osteoporosis, so it is more healthier than soda which can actually make one low in calcium. In addition, milk also contains the highest quality protein, riboflavin and minerals essential.

6. Ice tea
These drinks can be made easily, in order to create healthier own iced tea with sugar or low calorie natural sweetener like honey. Ice can also be added tea with lemon, mint, cinnamon or vanilla.
